“As the 247Time Customer Representative, I am responsible for ensuring our customers get the most value out of the 247Time solution. I achieve this by supporting our customers to succeed the highest level of savings by increasing their Direct Engagement Compliance. I also support with high level process reviews, best practises  for agency management and refresher system training sessions.

I have worked with 247Time for over 7 years, my initial role was within the 247 support team which helped me gain a strong understanding of what our customers want to achieve and provide the best possible service. Whilst working in support I gained agency relationships and understanding of their processes which in turn helps with supporting our customers with Agency Management.”

“As an Implementation Consultant, I am responsible for onboarding new customers to 247Time. My role involves planning out the work with customers and stakeholders, then gathering requirements and configuring the product to best meet their needs. As any project moves along, I will be training users on how to get the most out of the software and aiming to ensure a smooth transition to 247Time. 

Since joining the programme, I have been working to polish our customer-facing documentation and communications, and to act as a voice of the customer with regards to the direction of the product.”

Product Specialist 247 Time

“As the Product Specialist for 247 Time, I am responsible for ensuring we understand the problems you face, prioritise enhancements and drive continuous improvement to provide better outcomes. To achieve this I welcome as much Customer Engagement as possible, so that we can ensure we are moving the Product in the right direction and provide great user experience as well as maximising your Organisation’s potential for Savings.

Originally working in the NHS for Mental Health and Acute Organisation’s I truly understand the impact of our Products and how they can be used to aid operational process, patient safety and efficiency. I first joint Allocate as part of the Customer Success Team and shortly became the subject matter expert for 247Time looking at how we can support Agency Management, Compliance with Direct Engagement amongst other best practice processes for maintaining control. With experience across our Product Suite – especially the end to end process of workforce management, moving into the Product Specialist Role – I hope to bring this experience to further build and enhance the 247Time product, especially the integration with HealthRoster/BankStaff.”

“As an Engineering Manager, I am accountable for the delivery across multiple and multidisciplinary teams. Communicating progress and risks with the product or project stakeholders. Implementing right processes in the teams and promoting good standards on engineering practices. Taking care about the team members, their motivation, working environment, clear goals, and personal development.

I have over 15 years’ experience in IT industry in various roles including Development, Scrum Master, Product Owner and Management. Making sure that development team deliver business value to the customers efficiently. Together with my teams we take care about the product and collaborate with other Allocate teams whenever the RnD expertise is needed.”
