Hear directly from the head of eRostering, and the senior team at Medway NHS Foundation Trust about how they have extended their use of eRostering to its team of 550 doctors and consultants. This was the next logical step for the hospital in achieving the overall benefit of organisation wide eRostering.
The trust rolled out MedicOnDuty, MedicOnline and LocumOnDuty between January and July 2018 replacing a number of paper-based rotas, improving morale and enhancing patient and staff safety, while also supporting the reduction of spend on temporary agency locum staff.
Delegates will also have an opportunity to hear directly from consultants and junior doctors as they give insight on how the use of eRostering has led to better engagement and boosted morale within the trust.
Why attend?
- Discover how the rollout has made a difference to medics, empowering junior doctors by giving visibility of rotations and shifts well in advance so they can better plan their lives
- Understand how they now see which junior doctors are on their on-call board so that they know who’s on their team ahead of time giving visibility all levels to help with team morale
- See how the system is tackling fairness on shift allocation and ensuring adherence of contract rules to safeguard patient and staff safety
