Welcoming Priory, the UK’s leading independent provider of behavioural care, to the Allocate Optima family.
Priory has 20,000 staff, supporting 35,000 people each year across more than 70 conditions through a network of 300 facilities. Their core divisions are healthcare and adult care services.
RLDatix & Priory have kicked off the programme to roll out Allocate Optima to their 20,000 staff (substantive, bank and agency). The first phase will be a discovery, jointly designing the processes/procedures required to successfully deliver improvement on workforce optimisation, providing better flexibility for staff and safe service delivery.
