MEET THE TEAM: Welcoming our new Product Manager, Hannah Kitchen
This month, we welcomed Hannah Kitchen as a new product manager to the team. She’ll be looking after solutions including job planning and our appraisal solutions. Here is a few words from Hannah herself:
“My background is in eRostering in the NHS, coming from a Trust with a lot of medical and AHP rostering. I’m really looking forward to in this role working with organisations and helping to work on improvements we can make, to benefit both clinicians and the admin teams supporting them”.
COMMUNITY: Gathering for our latest focus group
Our Medics Community gathered for our quarterly focus group in November. Chris Bond, our ‘Medics Rostering Specialists’ commented saying ‘it’s amazing to get so many people from 15 different organisations together focused on all things medical workforce management’
During this quarter, the community discussed a new advocated approach to managing annual leave for medics. Keep an eye out on our news channels for future information on this.
