CATCH UP: Job Planning in Scotland
Our Customer Success and Product teams recently had a catch up with the organisations across Scotland, about all things job planning.
It was great to see so many people join and chat in an open forum. Hannah Kitchen, Product Specialist for Allocate JobPlan, shared updates on new features and the roadmap, while members of different organisations shared good practices and queries with each other, to help drive an improved adoption of job planning in Scotland.
We look forward to catching up with you again soon.

Dr Darren Kilroy, RLDatix’s Medical Director, shares his reflections:
”It was satisfying to catch up with clinicians at the Forum who, although not there to discuss workforce necessarily, were very happy to chat about their current workforce positions, problems and needs, across both organisations that use Allocate Optima and those who don’t.
Dr Darren KilroyMedical Director - International
It gave me food for thought about how we at RLDatix can maximise the power and scope of the medics solutions we offer. “Simplicity” came across as a very important ask from clinicians I spoke to. They want quick and simple solutions to commonplace issues – scheduling, rostering, appraisal, etc. Less is more in the already busy world for medics and something we strive to continue instilling into everything we do.
