With expert support, a community of practice and a relentless obsession with outcomes

The Collaborative Accelerator Programme (CAP) brings together organisations that want to achieve specific workforce deployment outcomes, wrapping a controlled and proven programme of activity and reports around the organisations, guiding them to make local changes that deliver results in just 90 days.

The programme is designed to not just support organisations with the task of plugging in the software but understanding how to initiate the practice making it far more likely that the benefits are realised.

The programme is delivered by an expert team who have worked in NHS organisations and delivered results, and is available to all RLDatix customers.

Feedback from some of our recent programmes:

Self-Rostering / Team-Based Rostering for Nurses Improvement Collaborative

“The team-based rostering programme has helped us to retain staff who may have previously left, due to the rostering not being flexible enough.

We’re now empowering staff to create a team roster that incorporates their own work/life balance whilst meeting the needs of the department. It has been a culture shift – encouraging staff to base their team rostering around the needs of the service and learning to work with colleagues to cover shifts. However, we’ve already heard of definite improvements from our staff about their wellbeing and work/life balance.”

Clare Holbrooke-Jones, Safe staffing nurse / E-roster manager at Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust

Medics Collaborative Accelerator Programme

“The medics collaborative accelerator programme has really helped us to understand how the system can support the junior doctors T&C’s, working in partnership with the eRota system. The recorded webinar sessions helped us to walk through our system set-up step-by-step checking everything was is place correctly, it was like having RLDatix on-site walking us through the process.”

Ria George, Support Manager, University Hospitals Plymouth NHS Trust
