Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust and Surrey and Boarders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust have both decided to move from DatixWeb to DCIQ after being long-term DatixWeb customers since 2016 and 2011, respectively.
RLDatix’s next evolution of risk management software, DCIQ, will allow both trusts to empower staff who can now access and report incidents, events, and risks from anywhere. This will further support both organisations to create a healthy reporting culture and effectively manage and mitigate risk within the organisation to deliver safe care for their patients.
