Creating good customer experience of our products and services is at the heart of everything we aim to do. That is why we would like to invite our eRota, eJobPlan, MedicAppraisal and Medic Rostering customers to take part in one of our forthcoming product focus groups to find out what they think of some of our Medics products.
Our focus groups are designed for users of eJobPlan, eRota, Medics Rostering, and MedicAppraisal. They will be interactive sessions which will aim to provide you with:
- Discussions around the product roadmap
- Information on updates to the product
- A chance to give your feedback on your use of the systems
- A networking opportunity to discuss the product and it’s implementation with other users and the Allocate team
Throughout March and April we will be hosting a series of focus groups. Please follow the link below to register to attend a focus group for a product you are using.
Please note in order to get as many customers represented as possible at the meetings we are limiting places to one per organisation per meeting.
